San Antonio Decking was founded in San Antonio and has served Bexar County homeowners for 10 years. We are a residential deck building company — we don't take commercial projects, and we don't work outside a market we know. San Antonio is where we live and where we build.

WHY LOCAL MATTERS FOR DECK BUILDING IN SAN ANTONIO
San Antonio's permit process is not simple. City of San Antonio building requirements differ from unincorporated Bexar County. Some master-planned communities require HOA approval before any permit is submitted. Setback requirements vary by zoning.
